The story
LAKOR originated from our fascination with the ocean, and when it comes to waves, one artwork in particular is synonymous with the power of the sea. That's why this design is a humble homage to the famous artwork "The Great Wave off Kanagawa" by Japanese artist Hokusai. In our interpretation, the wave has traveled to the other side of the Earth, where it has risen from the ocean during a starry night in the LAKOR universe.The shirt features a collar that sits regularly when buttoned all the way up, and turns into a Hawaiian collar when you open it up. The buttons themselves are made from coconuts. To complete the look, it can be conveniently combined with our 'Seaway swim shorts', which will provide perfect summer vibes, whether you're at the beach or underneath the parasol.
