My order

After the order is placed, we unfortunately cannot update it. But we can cancel the order and you can create a new one, with the correct products. Just reach out to us at support@lakorsoulwear.com. When cancelling you order, no money is withdrawn from your account.

If you mistyped your email address when placing your order, send us an email at support@lakorsoulwear.com. We can send you a copy of your order confirmation.

Of course. Just reach out at support@lakorsoulwear.com and we will cancel it for you. Remember to tell us your order number.

Shipping

We aim to send all orders placed before 10am the same day. But in peak business periods delivery can take slightly longer. We will let you know once your order is handled and ready to be shipped.

Our estimated delivery time is 3-5 days within the EU.

Since we currently only have stores in Denmark, that service is only available on our Danish store.

When you order is packed and ready to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If not, please reach out to us at support@lakorsoulwear.com.

In some countries the delivery person might have left the package with your neighbour or at reception at your work.

Reclamation

We're terribly sorry! Please reach out to us at support@lakorsoulwear.com and we will find a solution. If the correct product is in stock, we will send it in your direction right away. If it is not, we will of course refund.

Did your receive products with flaws? That's below our standard.

At LAKOR we aim to provide high quality and durability on all our products. That being said, of course production errors can occur. If you're unlucky to receive a faulty product, reach out to us along with some pictures where the damage is visible, and we'll find a solution.

Most of our products are only made one time and will never be restocked. However, you will find some of our popular designs return on different product types or in different colors.

Yes, twice a year we make room for a new collection in our warehouse. But never products that are less than 9 months old. However, most of our products are sold out before reaching a sale. 

Returnering

We're working on finding the best solution for international returns. Until then, reach out to us at support@lakorsoulwear.com and we'll find a solution.

We refund your money once we receive the products. It will then take a few days for the money to reach your bank account. If you experience anything else, please reach out to us at support@lakorsoulwear.com.

The money is refunded to the account that was used for the purchase.
