The designs on these products are embroidered. The design on this product is embroidered in Portugal in one of the most respected embroidery factories north of the equator. Besides being impressive craftsmanship, the high-quality embroidery fits well with our aim to produce long lasting products. The thread used make the designs robust and crisp after many adventures and roundtrips in the washing machine.
Do remember to wash it inside out (and to turn around again when you put it back on). During wash the cotton will curl a bit around the embroidery, but it can be straightened back out by ironing around it (not on it).
