The Story
The design was drawn in Sao Miguel and colored on Santa Maria, Azores. Not many things beats creating designs out and about. This design is the culmination of an all-around lovely process. The natural environment, a fantastic audiobook, and an awesome progress of building confidence with watercolors. The visual expression of balance and wisdom that this sea parrot radiates is a stark contrast to the ecstatic childlike happiness I experienced while drawing it.
